The PAWS Pet Resort

At PAWS we know how important your family pet is and how going away can cause you problems and worries with what to do with your little family member. Therefore we offer pet holiday accommodation to help those of you who wish to place their pets in the safest of caring hands - PAWS - Phuket Animal Welfare Society.

Going away for a weekend..? Need to do a VISA run..? Heading off on that 3 week cruise..? Need somewhere for your pets to stay..?

The PAWS clinic operates the PAWS Pet Resort for all your pets needs, with the most fantastic boarding kennels and cattery in Phuket and with 3 onsite vets, you can be sure of their well being! If you're treating yourself to a much needed holiday, why not treat your pet to a stay at the PAWS Pet Hotel?

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Everyone who works at PAWS loves animals and believes in our philosophy of high-quality, individualised pet care. Our staff are trained and dedicated to providing the highest quality service to our guests and our (human) clients at all times. We go above and beyond what other facilities provide to ensure your pet is having the best experience and to give you peace of mind.

The PAWS Pet Resort was developed and designed with pet care in mind. We strive to provide unparalleled customer service for you and your furry friend.

1. We can offer flexible drop off and pick up times and make the process convenient and fast (additional expense may apply for pick up and drop off services)
2. We have a dedicated reservation team to assist you with reservations, vaccination records and any special requests you may have before your pet's stay.
3. We make our very best attempt to make pricing easy, fair and affordable for all of our valued clients, while staying true to our pursuit of excellent service.

OUR RESORT
The PAWS Pet Resort addresses of all of your pet boarding/pet care needs by offering a wide variety of services and amenities including hotel-style boarding for dogs and cats, All Day Play/Doggie Day Care, and much more. We cater to the different sizes, temperaments and individual needs of your pet by offering customizable options for fun, exercise, socialization, sleep and specialized care.

Exercise, fun and meeting new friends

1. We offer different options for group play, individual play, walks, buddy time, treats and more.
2. The PAWS Pet Resorts' unique play programs offer the fundamental benefits of group play in a safe and friendly environment.

Additional services

1. We offer many services included in the room price -- two, one-hour play groups a day, administration of medication, unlimited room refresh and a soothing bath after every stay of seven nights or longer.
2. We offer many a la carte services, like buddy time, to make your pet's stay even more enjoyable.
3. Plus, we have a full service salon and spa on site for all your pet's needs -- nail trims, teeth brushing and professional grooming.

If your dog is very sociable then we offer to walk them them in a group with other like minded dogs. We are obviously very careful about the types of dogs who will get along with each other and although the size of dogs may vary, the temperaments must all be equal. We cannot have a dominant dog in the group as they may cause a potential problem.

We are one of the few boarding facilities who offer this service and are very proud to say that we have never had any problems at all. The dogs adore being part of a group and it is such a joy to be amongst them. We believe it works so well due to our large grounds and the fact that we never use leads, which keeps all the dogs so relaxed.

However, if you would prefer your dog is walked on it's own, or with the companion it comes in with, then it is no problem at all. We just want all the dogs to have a happy, fun-filled holiday of their own.
